Venues should have a valid personal e-mail ID and mobile number. It should be kept active during the entire registration service.
Venues should take utmost care to furnish the correct details while filling in the on-line application via Venue Registration System.
Once the form is submitted, it can't be edited.
The payment of Application Fee through Online mode via Debit card, Credit card or Internet banking through ICICI bank.
Application once submitted cannot be withdrawn and fee once paid will not be refunded except below case. "We shall refund the fee after 1 year, if Venue could not get any business from SEPL in 1 year from the date of registration."
Venues agreeing the terms & conditions may apply and proceed for payment.
Once submitting the form doesn’t ensure that venue is considered for examination. SEPL reserves the rights to finalize the venue.
